I just finished a four day seminar at UCLA's Writers Studio. http://www2.uclaextension.edu/writers/detail.php?sID=studio
I took Intermediate Memoir and Essay with Barbara Abercrombie. http://writingtime.typepad.com/ It was an exhausting and exhilarating four days. I was so impressed with the other students in the class. I would like to read nearly every project that they are working on. It was a cocoon of creativity for four days and probably the best writing class I've attended.
And now back to my own desk, laundry, etc. And it's raining. A good excuse to sit inside with the cats all day. Maybe I can persuade myself to go to the gym later on (after sitting in a chair for four days thinking about active verbs).
